The biggest European show dedicated to users of machinery and equipment for lifting, industrial and port handling and heavy transport vehicols.

Conferences and Workshops

Alongside GIS, a lot of highly specialized conferences will be held with speakers of international relevance.

GIS BY NIGHT

“GIS by Night” is the special evening which will be held on October 6th: all the exhibitors and their most important customers are entertained in this networking event by taking advantage of the rich wine and -gastronomic offers positioned throughout the fairgrounds.

The distribution of food and drinks connected to the “GIS by Night” event will begin around 7.30 pm, at the end of the ILTA 2023 award ceremony, which this year will take place in the adjacent Pala Banca starting at 6:30 pm to finish after about 1 hour.

The access will be allowed to all people having the ticket to participate in the “GIS by Night”.

The staff responsible for the distribution of food and drink at “GIS by Night” will ask EVERYONE to show the appropriate badge before being able to administer the relative service.

The Awards

As tradition, the events ITALA-Italian Terminal and Logistic Awards, ITALPLATFORM-Italian Access Platform Awards and ILTA-Italian Lifting & Transportation Awards will be held at GIS, events that will be an important networking moment among the most important operators of the above mentioned sectors.

The ITALA-Italian Terminal And Logistics Awards event was created in order to highlight the skills of Italian operators in port, intermodal and logistics terminals both in Italy and abroad, recognizing their managerial qualities and strategic importance for the national economy

The ITALPLATFORM Awards event was created to reward Italian excellence in the manufacturing of all the various types of platforms for aerial works, but also the different companies that use them to perform work at height, recognizing their technological development and professionalism, necessary for the maximum protection of the worker.

The ILTA – Italian Lifting & Transportation Awards event was designed to give visibility and raise awareness of the work of Italian companies and personalities operating in the lifting and heavy transport sectors, recognizing their professionalism, development and strategic role, a real benefit for the entire national economy.
